Mr. Ross Bangey returned home last week-end after a week in the Royal Adelaide Hospital with burnt hands. The injury was caused during a disastrous accidental fire in a shed on his father's (Mr. S. Bungey) property on 3rd inst. The shed, which was a large and valuable one, was totally destroyed with most of its contents. These included a motor spray pump, hose and spray materials, a rotary hoe, saw bench, a cart, tools, several hundred fruit boxes and other articles. A motor lorry was saved, but not before the back of it was charred. Further salvage was considered too dangerous as a quantity of petrol was stored in the shed.
