The three bridesmaids, Misses Hope and Ada Paddlck (bride's sisters), and Miss Elsie Thomas, were in different colors - blue, apricot, and pink crepe de chine ankle length, with long sleeves, and large bows at the back of waist. The lace straw hats matched each frock. They carried early Victorian posies of heuchera. Miss Betty Beck (bride's niece) was flower girl in rose pink georgette; early Victorian etyle, and she carried a basket of blossoms to tone. Mr. Vernon Smart was best man, and Messrs. The hall was decorated with blue, apricot, and pink streamers, and the tables arranged with Iceland poppies. The bride's mother (Mrs. Paddick) was gowned in cocoa toned silk marocain with touches of fawn, with hat en suite, and she carried a posy of autumn-tinted flowers.
