WILLIAMS-BURGESS. The wedding was quietly solemnized in St. Alban's Church, Tocumval on the 21st December at 5.30 of A.C.W. Margaret Millicent (Peg) Burgess. only daughter of' the late Mrs. H. A. Burgess, Bowen, and Mr. H. A. Burgess, Bundaberg, to Warrant Officer John Williams RAAF, only son of Mrs. V.G. Williams, Seaton Park, Adelaide, South Australia. The bride entered the church on the arm of F/S. Bill Hodge, RAAF, to the strains of the wedding march played by Section Officer Hall. She was attended by Sgt. Kay Burton WAAF, The duties of best man were carried out. by F/S Roy Hubbard RAAF. The reception was held at Tattersalls Hotel, Tocumval, at which a number of the friends of the happy couple were present. The bridal pair left the following day for Adelaide to spend Christmas with the bridegroom's family.
