TROUBLE OVER MOTOR CAR
Blanche Collins, artist, of Tynte-street, North Adelaide, claimed £95 damages from Henry Edward Perry and John Robert Cragg, of Parade. Norwood, carrying on business as Perry and Cragg and Company, before Mr. L. H. Haslam, S.M., in the Adelaide Local Court yesterday. Miss Collins alleged that she had been deprived of the use and possession of her motor car from November 1, 1929, to May 21, 1930. The defendants entered an appearance and pleaded never indebted, and alternatively that the car was detained for a lien to which they were entitled. Mr. B. J. Kearney appeared for Miss Collins, and Mr. S. J. Melville for Perry and Cragg. The hearing was adjourned until today.

PERRY. - On January 8, at Adelaide, Henry Edward, the dearly beloved husband of the late Amelia Elizabeth Perry, of 4 West ter., Kensington Gardens, and fond stepfather of Clifford Wood and Mavis Bosworth, and loved brother of Elizabeth, Louisa, Ann, Helen and the late Ada, Will and Alf. Aged 78 years.
