Compensation Claims
Compensation of £400 under the Work men's Compensation Act was awarded to Jane Ardell White, widow of Charles Arthur White, of Spring street, Queens town, by Mr. L. H. Haslam, S.M., in Adelaide Local Court this morning. White died following an accident at Marionville on March 11, when he was in the employ of William Henry Harvey, of Spring street, Queenstown, respondent in the action.
