This Hughes is placed as the father of William and Hannah Hodgson nee Hughes, by being a brother of George Hewes (alias Hughes) [18473] and uncle of William Hewes and William Hodgson, all described in George's Will of 8 Aug 1734
He is not named but is most likely one of the following brothers as opposed to a new person:
William Hughes [18475] Hannah [18483] and William [18396] then being additional to his 6 children.
Miles Hughes bap 1673-74 nothing is known as of him having issue.
John Hughes [18474] married to Mary nothing is known of their having issue.
