Sergeant Faces Court Martial:
At a district courtmartial at Keswick Barracks. yesterday, three charges were laid against Sergeant Kenneth Lewis Fisher, 28, of GDD Keswick.
The charges related to improper use of an army staff car following a social function at the Hampstead military camp on the night of August 29.
The prosecutor said that after several persons, including civilians had been driven home In the vehicle the driver had taken accused to his home at Parkside. On the drive back to Keswick the vehicle had collided with a stationary car at Toorak causing damage to the extent of £34 13/3.
The court closed for consideration of sentence.
