Order for Separation
Leonard Nelson White, fibrous plasterer, was charged by his wife, Florence W. L. White, Carrington street, Adelaide, in No. 2 Adelaide Police Court to day, with having committed misconduct.

She asked for a separation, and an order which she had had against White to be discharged and a new one made.

Mr. J. K. Alderman, of the Children's Welfare and Public Relief Board, said that Mrs. White had had a separation order against her husband for misconduct, but she had returned to him.

Since then he had committed misconduct again with the same woman. White pleaded not guilty, but refused to give evidence.

Mr. G. W. Halcombe. S.M. and Messrs. M. V. Adams and S. Jewell, granted a separation with custody of the one child of the marriage, and made an order for 40/ a week maintenance.

Leonard Nelson White, fibrous plasterer, of Drayton street, Bowden, was charged by his wife with having committed adultery with a woman at Bowden on several occasions during the past six months. He pleaded guilty, and said he wished to make no statement. Complainant said that she married defendant on April 14, 1925, and had one child. She expected another within the next few months. She asked for a separation, the custody of her children and 30/ a week maintenance. The Court made an order in those terms, defendant to make the first payment on March 22.
