E. and the late Mr. James Green, of Broken Hill, the Rev. Dr. Seymour being the officiating clergyman. The bride, who was given away by her father, looked charming in a handsome gown of ivory charmeuse, with an overdress richly embroidered in mother of pearl, crystal beads and pearls, draped and caught at one hip with a beaded cabochon, and on the other with a handmade spray of flowers. She wore a tulle veil kept in place with a coronet of pearls and orange blossom, and carried a sheaf of Madonna lillies. The bridesmaid, Miss Vera Smith, was a niece of the bridegroom, and wore a sweet frock of shell pink georgette with mauve hat, her bouquet was composed of pink carnations and mauve sweet peas, and she wore the bridegroom's gift-a pearl brooch. Mr. Jack Turpin was best man. During the service Mrs. J. Davidson sang "Because" very beautifully.
