AFTER the expiration of fourteen days from the publication hereof application will be made to the Supreme Court of Victoria, in its Probate Jurisdiction, that PROBATE of the WILL, dated the third day of December, 1930, of JOHN HENRY WILLIAM COOK, late of 135 Isabella, street, Toronto, Canada, missionary, deceased, may be granted to Vivian Benjamin Cook Glenness, formerly of Foster avenue, East Malvern, in the State of Victoria, but now of 2 Embling road, Malvern, in the said State, science master, and Newstead Henry Rush, formerly of 115 Claremont avenue, Malvern aforesaid, but now of 2 Fordham avenue, Camberwell, in the said State, banker, the executors named in and appointed by the said will, to administer the estate of the said deceased in Australia.
