ROSE Hazel Yvonne (nee Cook) Passed away peacefully at the Lyell McEwin Hospital on October 5, 2009. Aged 87 yrs. Beloved wife of the late Russell. Much loved mother and mother in law of Jennifer and Dennis, Barbara and Rod, Pauline and Bill. Dearly loved nanna of Jeremy, and Pam, Ben and Tanya, Kimberley and Nick, Michael; Darren and Julia, Leanne and Cory.
