SALE OF GARDEN PROPERTY.
On the Property, in BEETALOO VALLEY, about 9 miles from Crystal Brook. THURSDAY, May 28th, 1931, at 2 p.m.
C. G. Tucker (Licensed Land Agent) has been instructed by the Mortgagee, under and by virtue of Mortgage No. 938275, to offer by auction, subject to consent of the Hon. Commissioner of Crown Lands: 88 1/2 Acres or thereabouts, situated in the Hundred of Howe, being portion of the land comprised in Crown Lease Reg. Book, Volume 574, Folio 123, and the whole of the Land comprised in Crown Lease Reg. Book, Volume 502, Folio 104. The above property has about 13 acres of good garden in full bearing, comprising Oranges, Apples, Peare, Lemons, and Apricot Trees. Several acres are under lucern, and balance grazing. There is a splendid well of water which waters most of the garden, with Beetaloo Service also laid on. The Improvements comprise Stone Dwelling, Sheds, &c. PURSUANT to the Provisions of the Land Agents Act 1925-1936. I, HUBERT CLAUDE COOK, of Whyalla, hereby give notice that it is my intention to apply to the Local Court of Port Augusta on my own behalf for a licence to carry on the business of a Land Agent at Whyalla. Overcharged For Caravans:
Fines and costs amounting to £44 16/ were imposed on Hubert Claude Cook, salesman, of Whitmore square, city, when he admitted four counts' of overcharging the rent for caravans. Mr. C.J. Legoe, of the Crown Law Department, who prosecuted, said that there were three caravans concerned, two at Levi Caravan Park, Walkerville, and one at West Beach. The rent for each caravan was £1 a week. At Walkerville the defendant charged £2 10/ a week for one caravan and £1 10/ for the other. He charged £1 10/a week also for the caravan at West Beach. There were two charges relating to the caravan which cost 50/ a week. Cook was fined £10 on each count and ordered to pay costs totalling £4 16/.

Death Notice:
COOK. Hubert Claude. - Of 41 Harvey street, Nailsworth. Ex 4th Field Ambulance, 1st AIF, at private hospital, dearly loved husband of Caroline (Lina), loved father of Hughie, Yvonne and Gwennyth, grandfather of 12 and great-granddad of 16. Aged 86 years.

Funeral Notice:
COOK. - THE FRIENDS of the late Mr. HUBERT CLAUDE COOK, of 41 Harvey street, Nailsworth, and Ex 4th Field Ambulance, 1st AIF, are advised that his Funeral was privately conducted at the Westchapel, Enfield Crematorium, on WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON, February 12, 1975, Capt.
