Broke traffic laws, fined:
Four people were fined for traffic offences by Mr. Haslam, SM, in Goodwood Police Court (sitting at Unley) today. Milton Charles Page, retired, of Dawset avenue, Colonel Light Gardens, and John Osborne Hughes, traffic officer, of Moldavia street, Glandore, were each fined £2, with 11/ and 10/ costs, respectively, for having driven without due care. For having failed to give right of way, Peter Graham Kelly, cashier, of Esplanade, Henley Beach, was fined £2 with 11/ costs. For a similar offence, Florence Helena Elizabeth Graves, packer and sorter, of Railway terrace, Goodwood, was fined £1 with 12/ costs. Suburban Police Prosecutor Coahlan prosecuted.
