WILLIAMS, Phillip Glenley. - On October 17, at a private hospital, Phillip Glenley Williams, dearly beloved husband of Rella, loved father of Lyal, Bronwyn, Ann and Wendy, father-in-law of Maureen and Roger, fond grandpa of Sharyn, Sarndra, Andrew, Evan, Linda, Sherrilee and Mardi.
