This Tree has been preserved by Rev John Chester Hughes (1924 - 2008) late Dean of Leicester Cathedral, who researched the family and wrote on his findings, particularly on the content of the several wills he discovered.

John's research plus research of his own has been made available to this researcher (Audrey Mary Anderson daughter of Marjorie Louise Hughes) through the most welcome support of Gordon Harcus Hughes, of London and New South Wales Australia.
