Death of Old Colonist:
On Christmas Day Mrs. Jane Rowe, relict of the late Mr. W. Rowe, died at the residence of her daughter (Mrs. W. Davis), Fourth- Street, Bowden, at the age of 76 years. Mrs. Rowe arrived in this province with her husband in the Prince Regent on July 21, 1849, and for several years resided in Adelaide. For 30 years she lived at Port Gawler and for about eight years in Hindmarsh. She leaves four sons and three daughters, 25 grand children, and two great-grandchildren.

ROWE. - On the 25th December, at her daughter's residence, Fourth-street, Bowden, Jane, widow of the late William Rowe, late of Port Gawler, aged 76 years. Arrived in the colony per ship Prince Regent 1849.
